This course will highlight to you the likely paradigm shift that many organizations, big and small, private and public, start to look at how they need to solve basic to complex problems within the dynamic data-driven business and operational environments. Thus excel-based templates are provided to learners to apply the learned knowledge.

It is still an essential foundational course for learners who are new or still facing obstacles in solving workplace-related problems which may have a negative impact on the team’s morale if it is not handled effectively.

The ability to solve problems is key to a part of self-development and success as one takes a career path of their choice in any industry or role.

This course has been updated to provide excel-based tools to provide additional data-driven / based problem-solving tools for quick application at the work place.

Once you have completed this course, you can then decide to proceed to the next level of problem-solving skills – which is “Making a Decision to Solve Problems”. This course has also been updated to provide data-driven tools to assist in deciding the most suitable solution to solve the workplace-related problems.

  • When/What/How to generate solutions to solve problem
  • What/Who/How to prepare the sequential steps

Methodology
