Critical thinking in solving problems refers to the ability to use knowledge, facts, and data to effectively solve such challenges. This means one have to be able to think on their feet, assess problems and find solutions.

• Characteristics of both creativity and critical thinking and why these are important in complex / systemic challenges / obstacles / situations
• CCT problem solving and decision making process
• What is RCA and how to conduct it
• Methods to brainstorm for ideas
• Approaches to narrow many ideas to sufficiently reduced choices for final evaluation
• How Decision Matrix is applied to select final idea / solution
• Overview of an action plan moving forward to implement and monitor
• Brief ideas on how to present to management to get buy-in

He holds a degree in Business Administration with specialization in Marketing. He is a certified professional trainer, qualified ACTA facilitator as well as an executive coach. He is also certified as a trainer for Brian Tracy range of sales leadership courses.
