Master the Art of responding quickly and appropriately with clarity and impact!

This course is about how you, as an organization employee, departmental representative and team player, is put in a situation while in a meeting, presenting a proposal, selling an idea, or answering questions after a presentation, and subsequently have to think on your feet and articulate your thoughts in an engaging manner.

Thus, you are supposed to actively process your thoughts quickly while concurrently listening to the target audience’s response and feedback, and then respond appropriately with clarity and impact – all within the window of opportunity time frame. And when you have master this skill, your apparent clever and insightful responses will reflect your functional capability.

This one-day practical-oriented course has been designed with an emphasis on real-workplace scenarios after foundational elements have been understood: preparation and organizing of key data points, and then delivery of ideas and responses with clarity and positive impact.

  • 'QUICK' model adoption in responding to queries and doubts
    • Q – Question and / or Questions?
    • U – Utilize tactics to consolidate before response [bridging, stall, silence tactics]
    • I – Itemize main points for further ongoing engaging communication
    • C – Clarify, Compromise, Convince and Complete the process
    • K – Kickback and reflect; reflect on the whole conversation and prepare “what if” for reference

Daniel Kam has at least 20 years of corporate leadership experience under his belt around Business Development, Sales and Marketing, General Management and Organization Development work including 7 years of senior management role as a Director of Asian market in the most recent corporate job. He brings relevant experience, wisdom and practical insights in his soft-skills based programs such as leadership, high performance team work, personal development as well as business development and management. He brings relevant experience, wisdom and practical insights into his exciting courses.

He holds a degree in Business Administration with specialization in Marketing. He is a certified professional trainer, qualified ACTA facilitator as well as an executive coach. He is also certified as a trainer for Brian Tracy range of sales leadership courses.

A passionate trainer with great empathic considerations, Daniel is able to relate well with diverse groups of multi-cultural and multi-generational learners. An engaging facilitator, Daniel encourages active participation from learners of his workshops and courses, ensuring effective internalization and subsequent application of new learned knowledge.
