This course has been developed in view of the current trend in hybrid working styles.
The trend has been remote working and though it is nothing really new, it becomes a challenge for those staff members who are not familiar with it owing to previous presence in a fulltime format.
For these operators, remote work becomes a challenging task as most will be unaware of the need for self-discipline and ability to sustain focus on their respective tasks.
Apart from the difficulties that a manager may face in terms of motivating remote staff, he or she needs to consider the leadership factors as the less front-facing connection one has with his/her superiors, the probability of an apparent ‘leaderless’ team will be higher.
This course aims to provide the foundation for managers to acquire the components for an effective leadership role in a hybrid workplace.
Facilitation [on-site & live], Video appreciation and discussion, and Reflection [Individual or in Groups].
• A Certificate of Attendance will be given subject to 90% attendance.
