Transform the workplaces and organizations into a capable digital-based one

This course has been updated in view of what is happening in workplaces all over the world due to the existential inconvenience of a ‘global pandemic’.

Such a challenge has required many white and to some degree blue collar workers working from home. With the absence of a regular workforce at the workplace, team leaders, supervisors and managers find a challenge to effectively manage their co-workers as they are not always present for any meeting, feedback session or just casual discussion.

Thus, this course has been designed to hone the supervisory and managerial management skills. The topics to be delivered can also be contextualized for operational and front-facing workers as they also need to self-manage in such hybrid work environments including periodically working remotely and from home.

He brings relevant experience, wisdom and practical insights in his soft-skills based programs such as leadership, high performance team work, personal development as well as business development and management. He holds a degree in Business Administration with specialization in Marketing. He is a certified professional trainer, qualified ACTA facilitator as well as an executive coach. He is also certified as a trainer for Brian Tracy range of sales leadership courses.
