Master the Art of Giving Feedback

The task of providing feedback can cause much unpleasantness in many of us. This may not necessarily be so provided we understand and apply proven techniques that can help us execute this “necessary evil”.

This course will attempt to help participants understand what is constructive feedback and guide them to not only be good providers but also good receivers of feedback. It will also touch on the delicate situations faced during the process and how to prepare appropriate action in response to the feedback.

Trainer

Mohamed Ghazali has more than 10 years of experience in Training & Development behind him. Ghazali’s involvement in training dates back to the 1990s, during his stint in the IT industry. His current training focus is in soft skills, with an emphasis on both professional and personal development. The vast experience he carries with him include stints in a Statutory Board overseeing tourism development, then as a private sector tourism industry practitioner and also managing business operations in IT Consultancy and F&B.

Ghazali’s strength lies in his ability to transcend across the various disciplines that he had been involved in, and the first-hand experiences that he had acquired over the years. He has also had the unique experience of being exposed to workings of the Public & Private sectors as well as the Non-Profit Organisation environments.

Mohamed Ghazali received his professional training in management accounting from the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA-Professional Lvl (UK)). He is also a certified trainer with an International Diploma in Teaching & Training (IDTT, C&G (UK) and the Advanced Certificate in Training & Assessment (ACTA (WDA)).
