Empower Yourself with Waterfall and Kanban Approaches

This course is specially dedicated to project management approach with both Waterfall and Kanban methods.

Project management methodology is a set of principles, tools and techniques that are used to plan, execute and manage projects. Such project management methodologies help project teams, project managers as well as key project coordinators lead team members and manage work while facilitating team collaboration.

Waterfall methodology is one of the most commonly used project management methods. This is the most straightforward and linear of all project management methods, as well as the most traditional approach. The waterfall model requires that you move from one project phase to another only once that phase has been successfully completed.

Kanban methodology is generally a visual approach to project management. It assists in managing workflow by placing tasks on a Kanban board where the workflow and progress is clear to all team members. The Kanban methodology helps reduce inefficiencies and is a great project management tool for many purposes such as lean manufacturing or agile projects.

This 2-day course is filled with interesting insights as related software will be demonstrated to provide an appreciation of such methodologies in project management.

Having a clear understanding of both Waterfall and Kanban, you will be able to decide when one approach is more suitable for your projects to maximize the chances of a successful outcome.
