Never been exposed to Kaizen? This course is for you!

Due to the way that the digital-era economy has been developing in the past ten years or more, it is essential for us to review and redevelop this essential course for all employees to reflect the data-driven working environment.

This course is all about continuous improvement and it is beneficial for all employees to understand its concepts and apply them in practical methods.

Kaizen means to take apart (kai = change) and put together in a better way (zen = good). It is a philosophy – a way of thinking and behaving which goes far beyond flow and process improvement.

Simple Kaizen tools will be introduced and some of them involve the application of basic computer software tools like spreadsheets to assist in innovating current process, products and even services for improvements to higher standards of expectations from customers / community.

This one-day course is to train participants the continuous process improvement philosophy that promotes regular improvement by monitoring business processes and making positive adjustments by adopting the CORE elements and the relevant kaizen tools.

  • What are the other basic Kaizen tools and when to use
  • Use Excel to create Kaizen Board
  • What will be the next step – Kaizen Event Management

Daniel Kam has at least 20 years of corporate leadership experience under his belt around Business Development, Sales and Marketing, General Management and Organization Development work including 7 years of senior management role as a Director of Asian market in the most recent corporate job. He brings relevant experience, wisdom and practical insights in his soft-skills based programs such as leadership, high performance team work, personal development as well as business development and management. He holds a degree in Business Administration with specialization in Marketing. He is a certified professional trainer, qualified ACTA facilitator as well as an executive coach. He is also certified as a trainer for Brian Tracy range of sales leadership courses.

A passionate trainer with great empathic considerations, Daniel is able to relate well with diverse groups of multi-cultural and multi-generational learners. An engaging facilitator, Daniel encourages active participation from learners of his workshops and courses, ensuring effective internalization and subsequent application of new learned knowledge.
