Effective teamwork in the past has always been a challenge for most organizations and the recent global events have given rise for concern especially with the recent growing global trend of hybrid workplace.

In such an arrangement, effective teamwork can be compromised as this leads to miscommunication, misunderstanding and misguidance resulting in lower productivity and higher incidences of conflicts among the employees.

Thus it is important for organizations to prepare and organize proactively to lead teams toward achieving required objectives in the face of such challenges.
