Self-Awareness to Lead through Challenging Times

What have you really learned from this partial lockdown? During this time you have not seen your employees, your boss, your colleagues, your other stakeholders? How does this lack of personal contact impact you, your effectiveness and perception?

This is the time for true reflection for most of us, whether be it in a blue- or white-collar job. For many of us, working from home with the appropriate tools become a luxury because some of your jobs may not be needed anymore if you do not have the essential digital skills but this course is not about harnessing digital skills.

It is essentially all about having an awareness to lead yourself through challenging times in order to ‘lead’ the whole team, department and even organization succeed. And the word ‘lead’ does not mean it is reserved only for the managers or bosses. It is for everyone but to lead without the mind, body and soul would also be meaningless.

This course has been designed with the hope of enlightening all participants, whether they are at executive level or not, that each one of us has an utmost responsibility to ourselves and our fellow colleagues to complete a task as best as can be.

Daniel Kam has at least 20 years of corporate leadership experience under his belt around Business Development, Sales and Marketing, General Management and Organization Development work including 7 years of senior management role as a Director of Asian market in the most recent corporate job. He brings relevant experience, wisdom and practical insights in his soft-skills based programs such as leadership, high performance team work, personal development as well as business development and management. He holds a degree in Business Administration with specialization in Marketing. He is a certified professional trainer, qualified ACTA facilitator as well as an executive coach. He is also certified as a trainer for Brian Tracy range of sales leadership courses.

A passionate trainer with great empathic considerations, Daniel is able to relate well with diverse groups of multi-cultural and multi-generational learners. An engaging facilitator, Daniel encourages active participation from learners of his workshops and courses, ensuring effective internalization and subsequent application of new learned knowledge.
