Effective Interpersonal Skills [Level 2] Course Brief

This workshop is focused at engaging skills essential for a higher level of effective interaction between members in the workplace, family and social circle. It can be attended independently of the Level 1 Effective Interpersonal Skills if the participants are competent in basic effective communication skills.

However, for those who feel there is a strong need to really understand and apply good communication skills, then it is highly recommended that they attend the Effective Interpersonal Skills [Level 1].

In this one-day event, you shall be exposed to important principles of Problem Solving, Critical Thinking, Rational Decision Making, Negotiation and Self-Assurance

  • Know the steps to solve problems
  • Overview of root cause analysis
  • Adopt critical thinking in challenging situations
