Building a team from scratch may be easier for a team leader than inheriting an existing team with deep seated norms and mannerisms. Still such a team can be enhanced further with proper development approach taking into consideration the team members’ skill sets, aptitude, attitude and also outlook on the organization’s business and direction. This 2-day practical course provides learners the tools and techniques to ensure that the teams they have are the finest it could produce for their respective organizations.

  • Understand the types of teams in existence within both the public and private landscape.
  • Identify work team members for enhancing the current team’s capabilities as well as establish working relationships with network members to share relevant information.

He holds a degree in Business Administration with specialization in Marketing. He is a certified professional trainer as well as an executive coach.
